About the Role

Own how NeonAITech shows up online — from search rankings to LinkedIn presence to the content that convinces a CTO we know what we are doing. You will run growth for a company that builds its own tools, and you will have the freedom to experiment with them.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Content

  • Plan and execute SEO strategy for our website and content hub.

  • Produce and manage content — case studies, blog posts, landing pages — with the delivery team.

  • Improve on-page, technical, and off-page SEO to grow qualified traffic.

Paid & Social

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.

  • Manage our social presence and founder-brand content.

  • Test creative, targeting, and messaging to lower cost per qualified lead.

Analytics & Experimentation

  • Track funnel metrics and report what is working and what is not.

  • Experiment with AI tooling to multiply content output without losing quality.

  • Turn data into a prioritized backlog of growth experiments.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years in B2B digital marketing, ideally for tech or IT services.

  • Proven SEO results you can show — rankings, traffic, or pipeline.

  • Strong writing skills in English.

  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Search Console, and at least one ads platform.

  • Self-directed — you propose the plan, not wait for one.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to US or European buyers.

  • Basic HTML/CSS or webflow-style page-building skills.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp).
