About the Role

Keep multi-team projects honest — scope, timeline, budget, and the client relationship. You will be the US-hours anchor for engagements delivered by our India teams, and clients will know your name. You keep calm when things go sideways and turn ambiguity into a plan.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

  • Run 2–4 concurrent client engagements from kickoff to launch.

  • Own sprint planning, standups, and demos across US and India time zones.

  • Keep scope, timeline, and budget aligned and visible at all times.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients through the engagement.

  • Report status clients actually read — clear, honest, and short.

  • Manage expectations and scope changes transparently with clients and delivery leads.

Risk & Process

  • Surface risks early and drive them to resolution before they become escalations.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies without cargo-culting them.

  • Continuously improve our delivery playbook from what each project teaches.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years managing software projects, ideally in an agency or services context.

  • Experience coordinating distributed teams across US and India time zones.

  • Fluency in agile ceremonies without cargo-culting them.

  • Enough technical depth to follow architecture and API discussions.

  • Calm, structured communication when things go sideways.

Nice to Have

  • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.

  • Experience with AI or data projects and their peculiar uncertainties.

  • Client-side experience — you know what it feels like to be the buyer.
