Build the data pipelines that feed our clients’ analytics and AI features. You will turn scattered operational data into clean, queryable, trustworthy datasets — the foundation everything smart is built on. If a dashboard or model is wrong, you are the person who can prove why it is not the data’s fault.
Pipeline Engineering
Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines from operational systems into warehouses.
Orchestrate workflows with tools like Airflow or Dagster and keep them observable.
Optimize pipeline performance and warehouse costs.
Data Modeling & Quality
Model data for analytics and for AI/RAG use cases.
Own data quality — validation, monitoring, and lineage.
Design incremental processing so pipelines scale as data grows.
Enablement & AI Support
Partner with AI engineers on feature stores and retrieval datasets.
Document datasets so analysts and engineers can self-serve.
Ensure data privacy and compliance across everything you move.
What We're Looking For
3+ years in data engineering with strong Python and SQL.
Experience with a modern warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Postgres at scale).
Hands-on pipeline orchestration experience (Airflow, Dagster, or similar).
Understanding of dimensional modeling and incremental processing.
Care for data quality and the discipline to test pipelines.
Nice to Have
Experience with dbt and the modern data stack.
Streaming experience (Kafka, Kinesis).
Exposure to vector databases and embedding pipelines.
